Jeff Womack was born and raised in Stockton, California. Prior to entering the lending business, Jeff served as an account manager for several years at a national advertising agency. Jeff attended Bear Creek High School and holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from California State University San Marcos. He has been working with The Mortgage House since 2008.
The mortgage business can be complicated and Jeff takes pride in placing each borrower with the perfect loan for their needs. While understanding mortgage guidelines and qualifications, he provides borrowers with a clear outlook of what to expect while moving through the loan process. Whether a borrower is a first-time homebuyer or an experienced investor, Jeff always communicates and educates his borrowers to eliminate potential problems.
In the lending field, Jeff values communication, trust, and teamwork. He works closely with local realtors and title companies to guarantee each transaction leads to success.
