Kathy Rogers has over 26 years of experience in mortgage lending, most recently as a loan officer for over 15 years. She has an extensive background in escrow and title, which provides an extra level of expertise when working with her mortgage clients. She graduated from Cal Poly SLO earning a degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing Management.
She enjoys giving time to and being involved in professional organizations that support education and enrichment, including the local associations of Realtors and the Paso Robles, Atascadero and Templeton Chambers of Commerce. Kathy has lived in Santa Margarita for well over 26 years with her husband Bryan. They have an older child living in Seattle WA, along with a child in college and a teenager at Atascadero High School. She loves being active in community organizations such as the Adversity Council with the Atascadero Chamber, and North County Association of Realtors Events Committee. She is also involved in ongoing events to help and support Atascadero High School and is quite involved in the Atascadero High School Athletic Boosters. She manages to also fit in donating to local charitable organizations such as Loaves and Fishes, Echo Homeless Shelter, and the Atascadero Greyhound Foundation. Kathy firmly believes in family, community and the importance of high ethics in the mortgage lending field.
Kathy was awarded the company's prestigious Circle of Excellence award in 2020 & 2021.
